Leptospirosis y neosporosis son enfermedades abortivas en el ganado bovino, la primera, una zoonosis producida por leptospiras, segunda un protozoario Neospora caninum enfermedad emergente perros. Los objetivos fueron determinar seroprevalencia de los bovinos a leptospira spp. Se utilizaron muestras suero determinación anticuerpos mediante cELISA spp., MAT, para confirmación ooquistes se realizó examen coprológico Teleman, caso seroreactores obtuvo muestra, analizaron 956 158 UPAs, 19.35 % resultaron seroprevalentes caninun, del 74,83% , con títulos 1/400 primera muestra 28% 1/800 0.2%, pareada arrojo las muestras, dos 19.17%, alrededores parroquia San Sebastián, existe mayor probabilidad identificar leptospiras Jimbilla neosporas.
